With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carroll Rogers of Ottawa, Illinois, born in Dixon, Illinois, who passed away on August 13, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her sisters, Mary Ellen Rider of Fargo and Lynn Rebuck of Cape Coral, Florida; and her children, Robey Robinson of Ottawa, Kirby Rogers of Port Tabacco and Stephen Rogers (Kelli) of Everson, Washington..

Memorial contributions may be made to Illinois Valley Animal Rescue in lieu of flowers.
