He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Geiger and Helen Geiger (Wielgopolan); his significant other Marlene Stillwell; his siblings, Mary Lou Collins (Richard) and Edmund Geiger (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Walter Stricklin.
He is survived by: his significant other's son Jeff Stillwell (Chuck); his sisters, Florence Stricklin and Virginia Jackson; Harley Stillwell, Jennifer Lancaster, Melissa Harden, Dawn Jacobs, Laura Goebel, Amy Anderson and Heidi Geiger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ottawa Funeral Home (1111 La Salle St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (726 W Jefferson St, Ottawa, IL 61350).
