He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Scott and Leatha May Scott; his wife Dolores Bolton; his stepmother Viola; his son Clifford L. Parker, Jr.; and his sister Betty Franzetti.
He is survived by: his son Randall Parker (Rene); his grandchildren, Jeffery Parker (Jennifer), Jessica Bell (Brad) and Stephanie Parker (R. T. McPhee); his great grandchildren, Kyler and Kamryn Parker; and his brother Wayne Parker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
