Dale LaVonne Stohr Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale LaVonne Stohr of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on September 23, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Raymond and Dorothy Ellen Stohr (Allen); his wife Dorothy Knox; his son Martin Dean Stohr; his siblings, Raymond, Donald, Leonard, Kenneth, Wesley Stohr and Ann Reynolds; and his children-in-law, Barry Girard and Georgia Stohr.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Stohr (Cheryl), LaVonne Sipula, Lisa Girard and Jeffrey Stohr (Lilly); and his siblings, Robert Stohr (Linda), Gloria Beard and Sheila Nanouski (Jim). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
