He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador Rangel and Soccoro Rangel (Silerio). He is survived by: his wife Heny Rangel of Ottawa; and his children, Randall Rangel, Ma Ranee Lynn Garcia and Raniel Rangel. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
