He is survived by: his parents, Michael Dejewski (Dawn) and Andrea Medrow Reynolds (Tim Reynolds); his brothers, Zachary Dejewski, Grant Dejewski and Charles Medrow; his grandparents, Sharon Sorenson and Gary Dejewski; his great-grandparent Beverly Dejewski; and his caregiver Teresa McCullough.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mueller Funeral Home (800 1st Ave, Ottawa, IL 61350). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
