He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Kuleck and Annette Kuleck (Fidele); his sister Karen Feldt; and his son Brendon Kuleck. He is survived by : his wife Christina Nagle; his children, Mark Kuleck of Scottsdale, AZ and Lauren Kuleck of Champaign, IL; his stepsons, Nate Cummings of Marseilles and Clayton Brown (Loren) of Ottawa; and his grandchildren, Aliyah Cummings, Mason and Gia Brown.

Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
