She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jackson and Mabel Jackson (Peck); her husband Charles Rice; her sister-in-law Carol Jackson; and her stepson Robert Rice.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Rice (Jamie Power) of Ottawa; her stepchildren, Joanne Cattell (Eric) of New Jersey and Daniel Rice of New Jersey; and her brothers, John Jackson of Arkansas, Richard Jackson (Cindy) of Ottawa and Brian Jackson (Julie) of Ottawa. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Andrew's in the Fields Episcopal Church.
