It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Floyd E. Coffey of Ottawa, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd A. Coffey and Hazel Coffey (Tyler); and his sisters, Grace Withrow-Caulder and Lois Yasm. He is survived by : his wife Judy; his children, Kelly Grobe (Mike) of Ottawa, Kim Chinn of Arizona and Guy Coffey (Wendy) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Kyle Grobe, Emily Tyson (Kevin), Patrick Grobe (Ashley), Tyler Chinn (Kim), Travis Chinn, Claire Coffey and Seth Coffey; and his great grandchildren, Lyla Grobe and Jackson Chinn.

Memorials may be directed to Handy Foods in care of the Ottawa Community Dinner or Pet Project.
