He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Lewis and Burdette Lewis (Balke); his son Mark Lewis; and his grandson Tyler Benedetti. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lewis; his daughters, Paula McGill (Chris) and Deborah Benedetti (Bryan); his stepchildren, Michael McDonald (Jean), Paula Smith (Dale) and Kimberly Boyd; and his siblings, James Lewis (Brenda), John Lewis and Sandra Klochko (Mark). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren; 8 step grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 6 step great grandchildren.
