In loving memory of Gladys (Redman) Freese of Ottawa, Illinois, who departed this world on October 17, 2025 at the age of 99. Gladys leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Redman and Grace Redman (Martin); her husband Robert C. Freese; and her siblings, Sam Redman, Donna Segovich and Aleta "Sis" Drysdale.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Kent" Freese (Polly) of Maysville, KY and Kevin Freese (Pamela) of Grand Ridge; her caregivers, Estela and Liz; and her pet Jingles. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oakwood Memorial Park (2405 Champlain St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum (N6250 Co Rd K, Fond du Lac, WI 54937).
