He is survived by: his wife Penny Crowley; his children, James III, Mary Agnes (Charles V. Leake), Joseph Patrick Magoonaugh (Ali), Irish and Major Terry Twinning of Ireland; and his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Patricia Magoonaugh and Amelia Lynn Magoonaugh (Millie).
