James Ostrem Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Ostrem of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on August 15, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Ostrem and Virginia Ostrem (Stover); his wife Bonita "Bonnie" Woosley; and his stepson Timothy Woosley. He is survived by: his stepson David Woosley (Leslie); his granddaughter Bailey McConville (Luke); his great grandchild Ruby McConville; and his cousin Elaine Ostrem.
