He was predeceased by : his parents, Phil McCullough and Irene McCullough (Cole). He is survived by : his brothers, Robert McCullough of Seneca, Richard McCullough (Donna) of Kanas City, MO and Jack McCullough (Susan); his nephews, Matt McCullough (Bobbi) and Jake McCullough; and his niece Amy McCullough (Jimmy Buchann).
