He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathy (Damman); his mother Majorie; his brother Thomas; his daughters, Shannon (Webb), Erin (Shaffer) and Carolyn (Hesselink); his father Thomas; and his siblings, Timothy and Mary Malek (Sullivan).
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ottawa Funeral Home (1111 La Salle St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
