He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Fuqua and Glenna Fuqua (Malloy); and his brother Oscar Fuqua. He is survived by: his children, Emily Fuqua (David Bentley) of Oakwood, IL and Jeffrey Fuqua of Watseka, IL; and his brother Dale Fuqua of Oklahoma.
