He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ellen McDermott (Dennison); and his grandmother Julia McDermott. He is survived by: his father Jerry McDermott of Missouri; his sister Apryl McDermott of Ottawa; and his daughter Aubrie McDermott (Josh Vodden) of Ottawa.
