It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Thrush (Ottawa, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on December 18, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Thrush and Ellen Thrush (Sandberg); his granddaughter Kaylee; and his brother Buddy Thrush. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Allen; his children, John Thrush (Chrissy) of Oglesby, Cody Thrush (Cortney) of Ottawa, Stacy Thrush of Ottawa and Brandy Allen of Marseilles; his grandchildren, Tyler, Emilee, Brayden, Quinn and Carter; and his siblings, Mike Thrush (Marilyn), Jeanne Menard (Jerry), Mary Montano (Dave), Susan Cook, Barb Thrush (Lauri) and Sharon Mettille (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
