She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ftacek and Verna Ftacek (Visocky). She is survived by: her children, Angela Miller (Mark), Barbara DeRoche (Jim) and Michael Lockard (Abbey Lerner); her grandsons, Andrew, Cory Armstrong and Nick Miller; her sister Pat Brown (Kevin); her nephews, Mike (Jackéé), Steve (Christin) and James Brown (Caitlin); and her niece Becky Spaulding (Jason).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ottawa Funeral Home (1111 La Salle St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the family or Pet Project.
