She was predeceased by: her parents, Verna Sims (Golden) and Eugene Sims; and her husband Richard Dunavan. She is survived by: her children, Mark D. Dunavan (Julie Kubicek) of McFarland, WI and Sandra Dunavan (Steven Zak) of Saline, MI; her brother David Sims of Oglesby; her daughter-in-law Peggy Dunavan of Ottawa; and her caregiver Janet Hall. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
