He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard E. Reh and Marilyn M. Reh (Schrag); and his sister Merrilee Socia. He is survived by : his wife Carole Bird; his sister Melody Moss (Steven) of Avon Park, FL; his stepmother Magda Reh of Houston, TX; his half-siblings, Ricky Reh of Snowmass, CO and Michele Deloof (Jeff) of Orlando, FL; his stepbrother Pedro Suniaga of Austin, TX; his aunt Pamela Wellever of Mulvane, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Karla, Michael, Brenton, Hank, Rachel, Eva and Isabella.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Grand Ridge Fire Department.
