She is survived by : her husband Donnie Blair; her children, Amy Goolsby (Nick), Lee Blair (Amanda) and Ben Blair; her stepchildren, Sam Holcomb, Linda Martin and Christin Howard; her grandchildren, Lainey Mason (Jared), Cole Goolsby, Carter Goolsby and Halleigh Blair; and her siblings, Tommy Boswell (Sharon) and Connie Donovan (Art).
