He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Maria "PeeWee" Castillo, Israel "Kookie" Castillo and Janet "Nana" Glover. He is survived by: his daughters, Mia and Zoe; his parents, Michael Anthony Castillo, Sr. and Melinda G. Glover; his sister Miranda Castillo; and his grandfather Jack Glover. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
