He was predeceased by: his parents, Bjarne Eltrevoog and Eileen Eltrevoog (Murphy); and his brother Marty Eltrevoog. He is survived by: his sons, Michael James Eltrevoog Jr. (Angela), Mark Eltrevoog (Traci) and Matthew Jerome Eltrevoog (Rebecca); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Natalie, Jeffrey, Joseph and Lana.
