He was predeceased by: his father Clifton Hicks; and his brothers, Terry, Tim and Danny. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Hicks (Kate); and his siblings, Steve Hicks (Julie), Kathy Mattes (Al), Laurie Hicks (Donna) and Mike.
