With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mike O'Connell of Ottawa, Illinois, born in Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on September 30, 2020 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Eugene O'Connell and Therese O'Connell (Mulvihill) of Ottawa; his siblings, Julie Lyons (John) of Ottawa, Mary LeRette (Michael) of Streator and Tim O'Connell (Kate) of Sugar Grove, IL; and his close friend Laura Yarger of Ottawa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
