He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Ahearn and Margaret Ahearn (Murray); his wife Elsie Ahearn; and his son Phillip Ahearn. He is survived by: his children, Susan Spence (Jim) of Ottawa, Tom Ahearn (Mary Jo) of Ottawa, Dennis Ahearn (Dawn) of Ottawa and Terry Ahearn (Jenny) of Ottawa. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to St. Columba Church or the Grand Ridge Fire Department.
