He is survived by: his children, Anthony Alfano (Debbie), Joseph Alfano (Nicolina), Sammy Alfano (Antonia), Josephine Catarinicchia (Pino), Lena Mautino (Frank), Santina Mazzolo (Damiano) and Francesca Vitale (Sam); his brother Frank Alfano (Maria); and his wife Phyllis. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
