He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Temple and Dorothy J. Temple. He is survived by: his wife Jill P. Lewis; his children, Karmella "Karmi" Temple (John Tregoning), Torrey Temple and Duane Temple; his grandsons, Derek Temple and Robert Sullivan; and his siblings, Jane Novey and James Temple (Melinda).
