He is survived by: his parent Roberta Gage; his wife Allison Hayes; his children, Cicelie, Braden, Andrew and Ella Hayes; his siblings, Janet Gordon (Jim) of North Carolina, Timothy Thompson (Shannon) of Tennessee, Bradley Thompson (Susan) of Tennessee and Danny Thompson (Mary) of Tennessee; his parents-in-law, Bill and Graceanne Craig; and his brothers-in-law, Will Craig of Tennessee, Mike Craig (Ani) of Texas and Kirk Mawhorter of Arizona. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
