She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Ponce and Julio Morales. She is survived by: her husband Stanley; her children, Samantha Taulbee (Kyle), Andrew Higgins (Jileesa), Stanley Higgins and Larry Martin; her siblings, Frances, Olivia, Ed and Robert Ponce; and her grandchildren, Adalynn, Ember, Dawson, Kayleigh, Kyndra, Isiac and Colton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ottawa Funeral Home (1111 La Salle St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
