He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. S. F. Hicke and Beverly Hicke (Semlar); his daughters, Krista Jenkins and Cindi Hicke; his brothers, Tim Hicke and Alan Hicke; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Pilger, Doug Rugg, John Sandel and Paul Dill.
He is survived by: his wife Lila M. Hicke of Ottawa; his sons, Thomas L. Hicke II and Robert A. Hicke (Shannon); his stepdaughters, Marci Kahrs (Jim) and Tracey Becker (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jordyn, Alyssa, Kaitlyn, Phoebe, Sydney, Natalie Hicke, Alexandra Reif (David), Brandon Castelan, Nicole, Melina and Noelle Kahrs; his siblings, David Hicke (June), Joel Hicke (Cathy), Don Hicke (Shonnie), Nancy Pilger and Judy Rugg; his sisters-in-law, Lorrie Sandel, Sandra Miller (Bill), Barbara Dill and Marilyn Hicke; his stepmother Jean Fillinger (Johnson-Hicke); and his stepbrothers, Steve, Bill and Kevin Johnson.
