He is survived by: his children, Sean Missel (Tania), Nicholas Missel (Anne) of Ottawa and Laura Stevens (Keith) of Plano; his granddaughters, Natasha, Isabella, Lucy, Kira and Aeryn; and his siblings, Paul Missel (Shara), Lorraine Hamilton (Greg), Scott Missel and Kurt Missel (Rita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
