She is survived by : her husband Aloysius Jacobs (Ray); her sons, Michael Jacobs of Ottawa, IL and Ian Jacobs (Valerie) of Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Sarah, Danielle, Anisley, Ian (Buddy), Esme and Gavin; and her siblings, Alfred Hurst (Debbie) of Frakes, KY, Ronnie Hurst (Hollie) of Frakes, KY, Donald "Hoss" Hurst (Angie) of Williamsburg, KY, Shelby Johnson of Middlesboro, KY and Debbie Lynn Webb of Chenoa, KY..
