She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Edward Nolen and Ida Maude Nolen (Garrett). She is survived by: her husband Ricky Lane Smith; her children, Stacia Shuler (Benjamin) of Pana, IL, Shayla Roberts (Justin) of Shelbyville, IL and Arsemus Smith (BriAnna) of Shelbyville, IL.; her grandchildren, Madison Roberts of Shelbyville, IL, Cera Shuler of Pana and Caleb Shuler of Pana, IL.; and her siblings, Ruth Jayne Kemp, Tracy Kay Klitzing and Joseph Garrett Nolen.
