She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Freeman Neill and Ruby C. Neill (Richardson); her husband Donald Frank O'Neal; her stepfather Lee Woodworth; and her siblings, Kay Lara, Joyce Woodworth and Royce Woodworth.
She is survived by: her children, Danny O'Neal (Beth) of Douglas, Patty Klutts (Fred) of Paducah and Dondi O'Neal (Rhonda) of Ozark, Illinois; her grandchildren, Luke O'Neal (Kim Watkins) of Harrisburg, Jake O'Neal (Laura) of Carrier Mills, Aaron O'Neal (Chelsea) of Douglas, Caleb O'Neal (Ashley) of Douglas, Hannah O'Neal (Steve Baletsa) of Sommerville, Massachusetts, Naomi Hewitt (Clyde) of Fairbanks, Eric Klutts (Kayla) of Harvest, Betsy Klutts of Paducah, Andy O'Neal of Ozark, Joey O'Neal (Nicole) of Belknap and Tommy O'Neal (Jalyn Shoemaker) of Belknap, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Amaia, Gabriel, Levi, Jonah, Duncan, Skyler, Hudson, Regan, Brooklyn, Aubrey, Gracie, Jessa, Guinevere, Daniel, Bellamy, Vivian, Adley, Henry, Hailey, Alexa and Wyatt; her great great grandchild Sienna; her sister Rose Kennedy of Carrier Mills, Illinois; and her sisters-in-law, Glenna Holden of Canton and Lila Thompson of Mt. Vernon, Illinois. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
