It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Kowalczyk of Palatine, Illinois, who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Władysław Kosmaczewska and Marianna Kosmaczewska; her daughter Barbara Rzeszuto (Ryszard); her grandchildren, Monica, Julia (Filip) and Damian; her great grandchild Antonina; her siblings, Alfreda Sulewska, Jadwiga Święcicka and Zenon Kosmaczewski (Józefa); her husband Zbigniew Kowalczyk; and her brothers, Józef and Kazimierz.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Home (80 W Northwest Hwy, Palatine, IL 60067). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at the St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery (1185 W Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067).
