She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Marie Cebulski; and her sibling Donald Cebulski. She is survived by: her children, Nicolette Koumoutsos (Gus), Noreen Knight (Rich), Nancy Schwingel (John), Denise Kempsell (late George) and Deanna Amoruso (Don); her grandchildren, Janice Balthazor (Joe), Gregory Langer (Ashley), Dean Koumoutsos, Jeffrey Schwingel, Erin Kempsell, Colin Kempsell, Joey Amoruso and Jake Amoruso; and her great grandchildren, Andrea Balthazor and Joey Balthazor.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Barbara's name to the Lymphoma Research, Wall Street Plaza, 88 Pine Street, Suite 2400, New York, NY 10005.
