He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth R. Rosendale and Charles C. Foos; his siblings, Rita A. Jones and Lawrence C. Foos; and his daughter Renee M. Foos.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia C. Foos (Zulty); his children, Carol L. Malzahn (Don), Charles C. Foos (Jasmine), Leslie A. Hein (Doug) and Michael L. Foos (Kacie); and his grandchildren, Grace Markwart, Christopher Hein, Jolie Foos, Zibby Foos, Alex Hein, Zachary Malzahn, Veronica Hein, Valerie Hein and Frankie Foos.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project (https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org) and Special Olympics - two causes close to Charles' heart.
