He is survived by: his spouse Gayle (Wapole); his daughters, Kathryn Banakis (Matt White), Ellen Kearns (Jamie) and Margo Olson (Will); his grandchildren, TJ, Benji Kearns, Gabriel, Daniel White, Christa and Gus Olson; his brothers, James, Theodore (Karen) and Mark Banakis (Renee); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Phillips, Patricia Wapole (Brizz), Roderick Wapole (Laura Kroll), Brian Wapole and Claire Wapole (James Conway). He is also survived by thirty nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
