Diane Wemstrom Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diane Wemstrom in Palatine, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 2, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wojcik and Helen Wojcik; her husband Richard Wemstrom; and her brother Daniel. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Wemstrom (Scott); her grandsons, Kyle and Nathan; and her stepgranddaughters, Ashley Demitroff (Alex) and April Mitchell (Drew).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home (1520 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Mary Parish (10 N Buffalo Grove Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Inurnment St. Mary Cemetery (10 N Buffalo Grove Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089).
