He was predeceased by : his wife Alice Marie Kubick; and his parents, Edward Kubick and Katherine Kubick. He is survived by : his children, Mark Kubick (Linda Kubick), Daniel Kubick (Anne Kubick) and Leann Graska (Bruce Graska); his grandchildren, Michael Fatigati (Melissa Fatigati), Sarah Hastings (Tim Hastings), Erica Tasso (Vince Tasso), Joe Fatigati, Joe Graska (Natalie Graska) of Bruce Graska, JR., Maegan Kubick and Christopher Kubick; and his great grandchildren, Gunnar, Wyatt, Olivia, Aria and Kaylee.
In lieu of flowers, and in remembrance of Donald's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Saint Jude's for Children.
