It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric George Slezak of Palatine, Illinois, born in Berwyn, Illinois, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father George Slezak. He is survived by : his mother Elaine Slezak; his children, Scot Slezak (Alyson) and Elyse Bartnicki (Dan); his grandchild Baby Slezak; his wife Lynn Slezak; and his brother Brian Slezak (Karen).
