He is survived by: his wife Joan Costabile; his sister Angie (Tony Concialdi); his children, Frank J. Costabile (Stacey), Joe Costabile (Christine), Carrie Laurence (Dan), Kristi Costabile and Kelly (Jon); and his grandchildren, Kyra, Frank, Karissa, Michael, Christopher, Isabella, Emilia, Alena, Cecelia, Kailee, Kyle, Joey, Jake and Benjamin. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
