Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathleen Blackburn; and his children, Jeffrey Blackburn, Elizabeth Hickok (John), Jennifer Gira (Barron) and Christopher Blackburn (Heather).
