She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Czuj and Eugenia Czuj (Majkowski). She is survived by: her husband Daniel Tan; her sister Mary Husfield; her children, Jennifer Tan (Glenn) and Michael Tan (Katy); and her grandchildren, Amy Zomchek and Lucas Tan.
