She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bruce W.; her sons, Daniel and Douglas (Kathleen); and her grandchildren, Jonathan (Christine), Robert and Rebecca Higuchi (Hiroyuki).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (185 E Northwest Hwy, Palatine, IL 60067). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Ridgewood Cemetery (9900 N Milwaukee Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
