We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2025, at the age of 96, Juana Zamudio (Palatine, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Juanita Zamudio Garcia; and her husband Carlos Zamudio. She is survived by: her children, Esther Elena, Josefa Emma, Jesus, Refugio, Carlos Rafael, Maria Guadalupe of Lourdes, Juan Francisco, Arturo, Jose Manuel (Maria), Andres and Adrian Israel; and her sister Amparo Rivera Garcia.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (185 E Northwest Hwy, Palatine, IL 60067). A Mass was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Monica Catholic Church (90 N. Kennedy Drive, Carpentersville, IL 60110). A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 10:50 AM at the Dundee Township East Cemetery (420 Dundee Ave, East Dundee, IL 60118).
