She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Larson and James Larson; and her husband Neil McManus. She is survived by: her children, Neil McManus (Sydney), Peter McManus (Therese), Stephen McManus (Deborah) and Mary Hutchinson (Michael); her grandchildren, Kathleen, James, Mary, Erin, Quinn, Patrick, Matthew, Sean, Owen and Elizabeth; her pets, Puddy and Stan Lee; and her siblings, Lynn Quadrini (Dennis), Laura Tumonis (Joe) and James Larson (Molly). She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.

“My prayers are with all of you. Julie was an important role model for me, especially in high school. She was my confirmation sponsor and later hosted dinner with my parents and future in-laws. She encouraged me to learn Irish folk dancing and let me use her dress. Time spent in the McManus house was always filled with laughter/fun. Heaven gained an Angel and I’m confident that Julie is watching over all of us. May we live our lives with faithfulness and joy as she did! Love Kathe Lehman-Meyer”
