He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Zaleski and Phyllis Zaleski (Schoen). He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Voorhees (Martin) of Washington, IL and Ken Zaleski of Palatine, IL; his nephews, Ryan Voorhees (Jennica) of Eureka, IL, Drew Voorhees of Metamora, IL and Andrew Zaleski (Jamie) of Ishpeming, MI; his niece Alexis Rabe (Andrew) of Arlington Heights, IL; and his stepson Brian Holt of Elkhart, IN. He is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews.
